Respect onboard
Passenger behaviour
All customers must behave respectfully before, during and after a charter, with consideration for other passengers, the crew, marina and pier users, and the surrounding area. Obscene, abusive or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a booking being cancelled and payment forfeited.
The skipper may refuse boarding, terminate a trip or return a person to port without refund where crew members or others are being harassed, abused or placed at risk.
Safety first
Alcohol
The skipper may refuse to allow alcohol onboard where its consumption could create unsafe behaviour. A passenger who arrives clearly under the influence of alcohol may be refused boarding without refund.
The skipper may stop any passenger from consuming alcohol during the charter. Arguing with a safety direction may result in the trip being terminated and Water Police being notified. No refund applies where a charter is terminated because of passenger behaviour.
Zero tolerance
Illicit drugs
Illicit drugs are not accepted onboard. If a passenger is found in possession of an illicit, unknown or non-prescribed substance, the charter may be cancelled and Water Police notified.
